A light weight concrete wall installation method according to this utility model comprising a set of structural U-shaped and C-shaped frames that are connected together to serve as backbone for the light weight concrete wall, a set of flatten materials such as gypsum or cement boards connected on two sides of the frames, and a foamed, light weight concrete mixture which is filled into a wall space inside the set of flatten materials via a continuous concrete mixer and discharger. The utility model specifically employs a section-by-section method of filling in the wall wherein the concrete mixture is filled into each section of pre-defined height spanning the width of the wall in one level before moving to the next levels and until the entire wall is filled. Further rendering, painting, or plastering work can be done thereafter to remove any joints or edges on the wall or for decoration purposes. |
