A method for production of self-extinguishing, sputtered and water-proofing coating materials comprises preparation of a prepolimer component A by mixing diisocyanate MDI 2'4-50% (1), polymeric diisocyanate MDI (2) and liquefied butadiene with end hydroxyl groups of KRASOL LBH 2000 trademark (3) at a temperature not exceeding 85°C followed by cooling of the produced prepolymer to 60°C and addition of trichloroisopropyl phosphate (TCPP) (4), preparation of an amine component B by mixing aromatic triamine of Jeffamine T 5000 trademark (5), aromatic diamine of Jeffamine D 2000 trademark (6), primary aromatic diamine DETDA of Ethacure 100 trademark (7), secondary aromatic diamine of Unilink 4200 trademark (8) and liquefied butadiene with end hydroxyl groups of KRASOL LBH 2000 trademark (9), and subsequent mixing of components A and B in a high-pressure apparatus at a temperature of 80°C. The method allows production of materials with short applying and drying times; the materials can be applied at room temperature and are resistant to high temperatures, concentrated acids, they are abrasion resistant and self-extinguishing. |
