The invention relates to a process for preparing adhesives to be applied on wooden supports. According to the invention, the process consists in polymerizing, in 60...80 parts of ethyl acetate and isopropyl alcohol mixture, in a weight ratio of 1:1...3:1 for a dry matter content of 70%, at the most, of a co-monomer mixture consisting of 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, vinyl acetate and acrylic acid, in the presence of 0.4...0.6 parts of benzoyl peroxide as a radical initiator gradually added during the reaction, the parts being expressed by weight, to result in an adhesive polymer with a dry matter content of 68%, at the most, and an adhesiveness as film under an angle of 180° of 5 N/cm. |
