The invention relates to a method for measuring quasi-static ferroelectric hysteresis using a sequence of electric pulses, namely: some pulses (3) reproducing the polarization effect of a dynamic hysteresis and some reading pulses (6 and 7), where, between the pulses (3, 6 and 7) there are some relaxation intervals (8, 9 and 10) of equal duration. Within this sequence of pulses, the electric load is measured in maximum accumulation points (1* and 1^) and maximum relaxation points (2* and 2^) by simultaneous iteration of the amplitude of reading pulses (6 and 7), which enables the following ferroelectric hysteresis loops to be obtained: the total quasi-static ferroelectric hysteresis loop, the relaxed quasi-static ferroelectric hysteresis loop, the non-remanent quasi-static ferroelectric hysteresis loop, the non-remanent relaxed quasi-static ferroelectric hysteresis loop and the total remanent one, without losses caused by leakage currents. |
