The invention relates to methods and means for water purification by a crystallization method and can be used in everyday life, food industry and medicine. The technical result of the claimed invention provides the development of such method and a heat-exchange reservoir for water purification by a crystallization method, which ensure water quality improvement and shortening time for water purification. The method for water purification comprises filling the heat-exchange reservoir with water for purification, cooling and its further freezing in said reservoir at a temperature higher than a temperature of crystallization of a liquid concentrate of organic and inorganic admixtures staying in water for a period of time sufficient for crystallysing pure water as an ice layer and forming the liquid concentrate of organic and inorganic admixtures, discharging said liquid concentrate, melting ice at a positive temperature to its unfreezing with subsequent discharging purified melt water. Water before purification is shaped in the form of a flat or annular layer by filling with water the heat-exchange reservoir, the inner volume of which is implemented as a a flat or annular slit-like cavity. The heat-exchange reservoir for water purification (five embodiments) is made of a heat-conducting material and has walls forming flat vertical or horizontal or inclined slit-like cavity, or annular conical or cylindrical slit-like cavity. |
