A cutting guide (1) for carrying out an osteotomy procedure associated with an opening or closing axis, comprising; a support (11) for a guide means (12) for guiding a cutting tool intended to perform said osteotomy procedure, said support being capable of defining a cutting plane; means for positioning and/or holding said support on a bone (2), said positioning and/or holding means comprising a cradle (13) comprising means for visually marking, relative to the bone, a reference axis (B) intended to be placed in coincidence with said opening or closing axis and two ends (13A, 13B) formed respectively by a clamping means (133, 134, 14) capable of exerting pressure, at a clamping point (135), on said bone (2), and a means (131) for bearing on said bone (2) at an anchoring point (132), the axis linking said anchoring point (132) and clamping point (135) forming a clamping axis (A) transverse to said reference axis (B), characterised in that the clamping axis (A) forms an angle different to 90° with the reference axis (B). |
