The disclosure relates diphenylhydantoin compounds represented by the formula depicted herein and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and the use of these compounds for the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of hyperproliferative disorder selected from prostate cancer (particularly hormone sensitive prostate cancer), benign prostate hyperplasia, breast cancer and ovarian cancer.
