A character jet printer, comprising a frame body, and a feed delivery mechanism, a rotary correction mechanism, a shifting plate and a discharge delivery mechanism that are arranged sequentially on the frame body; the rotary correction mechanism includes a rotary correction platform to fix by means of air suction a printed circuit board transferred by the feed delivery mechanism, and a visual locating system is arranged on the rotary correction platform; the shifting plate includes a sliding rail, as well as a first lifting carrier and a second lifting carrier which move synchronously on the sliding rail; both the first lifting carrier and the second lifting carrier are provided with air suction platforms for the adhesion by suction of the printed circuit board; a printing platen and a jet printing system are arranged above the shifting plate. The present character jet printer can effectively improve printing efficiency, and hence realize efficient production. Also, a character jet printing production line comprising an automatic feeder, an automatic character jet printing system and an automatic material receiver that are arranged sequentially; the automatic character jet printing system including at least one said character jet printer. |
