A light-reflective and light-condensable road traffic sign comprises an upright column, a sign body (1), and a logo surface disposed on the body (1). The logo surface comprises a transparent character-shaped logo surface (11) and a non-transparent blank logo surface (12). The logo surface is disposed on a logo surface fixing layer (2) in the front of the body (1). A light reflecting layer (3) is disposed behind the logo surface fixing layer (2). The light reflecting layer (3) is disposed on a cushion (4). A rear housing (5) is located behind the cushion (4). A gap is reserved between the logo surface fixing layer (2) and the light reflecting layer (3). A light guide block (3-1) and a light guide groove (3-3) are provided in front of the light reflecting layer (3). A U-shaped plate (7) is disposed above the body (1). A roller (8) penetrates through the U-shaped plate (7), and the U-shaped plate (7) rotates along the roller (8). The roller (8) and the U-shaped plate (7) are disposed in a roller housing (9).
