1. A microphone comprising:
a first micro electro mechanical system (MEMS) device that includes a first diaphragm and a first back plate, wherein the first diaphragm has a first pierce hole of a first size; a second MEMS device that includes a second diaphragm and a second back plate, wherein the second diaphragm has a second pierce hole of a second size greater than the first size; and an application specific integrated circuit (ASIC) coupled to the first MEMS device and the second MEMS device, wherein the ASIC is configured to selectively use a first signal output from the first MEMS device and a second signal output from the second MEMS device. |
