A complex comprises a metallic nanoparticle, plural linker conjugates and plural PEGs, wherein the linker conjugate comprises a pH-sensitive linker and an antibody. The pH-sensitive linker has the following formula (I). The linker links to the metallic nanoparticle through the sulphur atoms of 1,2-dithiolane groups, and the PEGs directly links to the metallic nanoparticle.
