at least one video camera configured to produce an image stream; at least one memory configured to store the image stream; a wireless communication network link to a communication network; at least one processor configured to:
determine a motion vector of an object represented in the image stream;determine an acceleration of the object;produce a signal representing a decision made automatically in dependence on at least the determined acceleration; andselectively transmit the image stream from the at least one memory through the wireless communication network link.
