A common voltage adjusting apparatus for a liquid crystal panel and a common voltage adjusting method for a liquid crystal panel. The common voltage adjusting apparatus (10) is used for adjusting a common voltage of a liquid crystal panel (20), and the common voltage adjusting apparatus (10) comprises a detection unit (110), a data acquisition unit (120), a processing unit (130), and an adjusting unit (140). The detection unit (110) is used for detecting a flicker status of the liquid crystal panel (20) that is in a start state. The data acquisition unit (120) is electrically connected to the detection unit (110) and is used for collecting a common voltage value obtained when the flicker of the liquid crystal panel (20) exceeds a preset range, to obtain a first common voltage. The processing unit (130) is electrically connected to the data acquisition unit (120) and is used for obtaining a control signal according to the first common voltage. The adjusting unit (140) is electrically connected to the processing unit (130) and is used for sending a corresponding adjusting signal according to the control signal. The adjusting signal is used for adjusting the common voltage of the liquid crystal panel (20) to a second common voltage. When the second common voltage is applied to the liquid crystal panel (20), the flicker of the liquid crystal panel (20) is controlled in the preset range. |
