This ultrasound treatment tool is used in arthroscopic surgery, and comprises: a probe which comprises a main body unit which transmits ultrasonic vibration and a treatment unit which is provided at the distal end of the main body unit and which can cut hard tissue and/or soft tissue through transmission of the ultrasonic vibration; and a sheath unit which comprises an inner sheath covering the outer peripheral surface of the main body unit of the probe and an outer sheath covering the outer peripheral surface of the inner sheath and forming a suction path with the outer peripheral surface of the inner sheath, wherein the distal end of the inner sheath extends past the distal end of the outer sheath to a position near the treatment unit of the probe. |
