The present invention relates to a display device and a method for manufacturing the same. A display device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first substrate comprising a plurality of light-emitting diodes arranged regularly; and a second substrate comprising a TFT panel unit comprising a plurality of TFTs that drive the light-emitting diodes, wherein the first and second substrates are coupled such that a surface of the first substrate and a surface of the second substrate face each other, and, as a result, respective light-emitting diodes and respective TFTs may be electrically connected. According to the present invention, a display device can be configured using a micro light-emitting diode that uses a nitride semiconductor, and the display device advantageously has such high efficiency, high resolution, and low power consumption that the same can be applied to a wearable device. |
