Provided is a beam arrangement device characterized by being provided with: an arithmetic processing unit for finding, on the basis of the transmitted electric power of a plurality of beams radiated to a required coverage area by a multi-beam satellite, the interference power of the plurality of beams with respect to other wireless systems, and determining a beam arrangement, which is an arrangement of the coverage area of the plurality of beams in the required coverage area, in which the interference power is less than or equal to a prescribed permissible value of interfered power of the other wireless systems; and an interface for outputting information pertaining to the beam arrangement determined by the arithmetic processing unit. |
