The present invention relates to a high polymer self-adhesive tape, manufacturing method and application thereof. The high polymer self-adhesive tape is prepared in parts by weight using the following raw materials: 25-50 parts of styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer, 10-30 parts of plasticiser, 30-60 parts of first tackifying resin, 3-10 parts of nano-filler, 10-20 parts of second tackifying resin, 0.02-0.05 parts of ultraviolet absorbent, and 0.02-0.05 parts of anti-oxidant. The first tackifying resin is one of or the mixture of a C5 hydrogenated petroleum resin and a terpene resin; while the second tackifying resin is one of or the mixture of two or the three of a petroleum resin, a terpene resin and a rosin resin. Prepared by adding the first tackifying resin, the second tackifying resin, the plasticiser and the nano-filler into the styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer, the tape manufacted adheres perfectly to concrete, aluminum alloy and plastic steel, and is extremely soft; and easily adheres to and is compact due to the singular configuration of a node, and can adapt to various structural deformations. |
