An electronic certificate receiving method, device and system, belonging to the technical field of Internet finance. The method comprises: a second client sends at least two receiving requests to a second funds management server (S101); the second funds management server sequentially receives one receiving request (S102); the second funds management server verifies seller information corresponding to a current receiving request (S103); if verification is passed, the second funds management server receives an electronic certificate corresponding to the current receiving request (S104); the second funds management server repeatedly executes the above steps until the last receiving request has been processed (S105). In the present method, the second client sends the receiving requests and the second funds management server verifies the seller information, thereby implementing selective receiving by a seller, reducing a network payment error rate, and reducing the transaction risk for both a buyer and the seller. |
