Provided are an organic electroluminescent display panel and a preparation method therefor, and a display device, which fall within the field of displays and can solve the problems of low utilization rate of light emitted from an organic electroluminescent layer and large power consumption in an organic electroluminescent display panel and a display device in the prior art. By means of the organic electroluminescent display panel and the preparation method therefor, and the display device in the present invention, a quantum material layer capable of producing the scale effect is arranged at one side of a colour film substrate close to an array substrate or at one side of the array substrate close to colour film substrate, and the quantum material layer can convert part of the light incident from an organic electroluminescent unit into light with the colour being consistent with the colour of the corresponding sub-pixel, thereby improving the utilization rate of light emitted from the organic electroluminescent unit, improving the brightness and reducing power consumption. |
