A system for recycling waste heat of hot waste water comprises a hybrid cooling/heating device, a waste heat exchanger, a hot-water heat exchanger, and a recycling complex. The hybrid cooling/heating device is connected with a cooling load, a heating load, and a hot-water supply tank to supply cold water to the cooling load and hot water to the heating load and to selectively supply hot water to the hot-water supply tank. The waste heat exchanger is connected between the cooling load and the hybrid cooling/heating device and is provided on a hot-waste-water drain pipe of an electric power station to collect waste heat from hot waste water. The hot-water heat exchanger is connected between the cooling load and the hybrid cooling/heating device. The recycling complex is supplied with cooling or heating by the cooling load and the heating load and is provided adjacent to the hot-waste-water drain pipe of the electric power station. |
