A handle adjustment device according to the present invention comprises: a coupling body fixed to a body, in which an object to be carried is stored, contained, cradled, or seated, and which has a wheel formed on one side thereof; a first lower rod, which is coupled directly or indirectly to the coupling body at a first point, the first point being movable laterally, and which rotates about the first point; a second lower rod, which is coupled directly or indirectly to the coupling body at a second point, the second point being movable laterally, which rotates about the second point, and which intersects with the first lower rod; a first upper rod coupled such that the same can extend from the first lower rod along the longitudinal direction thereof; a second upper rod coupled such that the same can extend from the second lower rod along the longitudinal direction thereof; and a handle, which is rotatably coupled to the first upper rod at a third point, and which is rotatably coupled to the second upper rod at a fourth point, wherein the direction of formation of the handle is variable. |
