The invention relates to a combination container system (1) for receiving and storing pharmaceutical products, in particular of human and veterinary medicine, in particular tablets, pills, dragees, comprising a main container (2) having a receiving chamber (4) with at least one opening (3) for removing and/or filling pharmaceutical products in a first manner, having a central closure device (6) for optionally closing or releasing the opening (3) of the main container (2), comprising at least one additional container (7) having a receiving chamber (9) with an opening (8) for removing and/or filling pharmaceutical products in a second manner, and having a closure element (10) for optionally closing or releasing the opening (8) of an individual receiving chamber (9) of the additional container (7), wherein, in the closed position of the central closure device (6), the additional container (7) is accommodated by the receiving chamber (3) of the main container (2) and is connected to the central closure device (6), and the central closure device (6) has first connection elements (11) for cooperating with first connection elements (12) on the main container (2). The invention is characterised in that the central closure device (3) associated with the main container (2) has a safety device, in particular a child-safety device (13).
