The present invention relates to the field of mobile communications. Provided are a method for adjusting a volume rocker on the basis of a swap between a landscape mode and a portrait mode, and a mobile terminal. The method comprises: detecting a current relationship between a screen state and a volume rocker; determining whether the volume rocker is located above a screen; if yes, swapping a preset key correspondence between a "volume increase" function and a "volume decrease" function of the volume rocker; and if not, keeping the key correspondence unchanged. By means of the present invention, a user can adjust a volume more naturally and accurately after a landscape mode and a portrait mode of a mobile terminal, especially a mobile phone, is swapped. |
