This endoscope treatment tool includes: a sheath; a balloon which is provided on the tip of the sheath and which can be deployed from a contracted state to an expanded state by being injected with a fluid; and an adhesive part which is provided on an inner face of a center part of the balloon in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the sheath and which maintains the center part in the contracted state. The balloon is configured such that when the fluid is injected and the pressure inside the balloon is at or less than a first internal pressure, the adhesion of the center part and the adhesive part is maintained and only a distal part positioned distal to the center part and a proximal part positioned proximal to the center part expand, and when the internal pressure of the balloon is greater than the first internal pressure, the adhesive part is removed and the center part expands. |
