Disclosed is a secondary battery intermediate structure (100) wherein a secondary battery (21) and a test structure (22) are provided on a same base material (10). In the secondary battery intermediate structure 100, each of the secondary battery (21) and the test structure (22) is provided with a first electrode layer (1) and a second electrode layer (5). In the secondary battery (21), a plurality of layers are laminated between the first electrode layer (1) and the second electrode layer (5). The layers include at least a metal oxide semiconductor layer and a charging layer (3). In the test structure (22), one or some of the layers are provided between the first electrode layer (1) and the second electrode layer (5).
