Disclosed are substituted indole compounds and use methods and uses thereof. The present invention particularly relates to novel indole compounds and pharmaceutical compositions comprising the compounds, for inhibiting re-uptake of 5-hydroxytryptamine and/or excitation of a 5-HT1A receptor. The present invention also relates to methods for preparing these compounds and pharmaceutical compositions, and uses thereof in treatment of dysfunctions of a central nervous system.
