A method and device for displaying a webpage annotation, and a mobile terminal, which belong to the field of the Internet. The method comprises: when receiving a display instruction about a target webpage, acquiring information content of the target webpage (101); sending an information acquisition request to a server, wherein the information acquisition request carries a target webpage identifier, so that the server returns a first webpage annotation and first location information about the target webpage, wherein the first location information is used to determine a display location of the first webpage annotation (102); and when receiving the first webpage annotation and the first location information, displaying the first webpage annotation on the target webpage based on the first location information (103). The webpage annotation of the target webpage is precisely located by means of the location information about the webpage annotation, thereby avoiding the problem that the webpage annotation may be incorrectly displayed when a plurality of pieces of identical selected text information exist, and improving the accuracy of webpage annotation display.
