A method for controlling a screen comprises: when a user does a self-defined body feeling action for at least once, setting screen controlled body feeling action data based on self-defined body feeling action data received each time (100); when the user does the body feeling action again, receiving corresponding body feeling action data (101); and comparing the body feeling action data received when the user does the body feeling action again with the screen controlled body feeling action data, and controlling a screen status based on the comparison result (102).
