Embodiments of the present invention relate to the technical field of communications. Disclosed are a packet transmission method, apparatus and device, and a computer storage medium, for use in resolving the problem of reduced utilization rate of wireless resources due to failure of discarding ineffective data packets by a communication entity in time in the related art. The method comprises: determining a maximum available transmission time of a medium access control service data unit (MAC PDU) of a packet according to processing condition of the packet in a base station; and discarding the transmission of the packet in a case in which a current time exceeds the maximum available transmission time.
