Provided are an electronic certificate issuing method, apparatus, and system, comprising: reservation information acquisition, acquiring reservation information acquisition inputted by a certificate issuing party; account information retrieval, retrieving the account information bound to the reservation information, the account information comprising the bank account of the certificate issuing party and the issuable certificate value; account information display, displaying the account information to the certificate issuing party; certificate issuing information acquisition, acquiring the certificate issuing information of the certificate issuing party, the certificate issuing information comprising the selected bank account and inputted certificate issuing value, the inputted certificate issuing value being no greater than the issuable certificate value; and electronic certificate generation, on the basis of the acquired certificate issuing information of the certificate issuing party, generating a bank credit certificate. Reservation information inputted by the certificate issuing party is acquired and the account information of the certificate issuing party is retrieved on the basis of said reservation information, the account information comprising the bank account of the certificate issuing party and the issuable certificate value, thus reducing the amount of bank account information to be remembered by a user, and reducing the amount of data to be inputted, shortening the operating procedure, and improving payment efficiency. |
