Disclosed is a thermoplastic styrene-based elastomer composition with high elongation and low permanent deformation at a given elongation, consisting of a thermoplastic styrene-based elastomer, thermoplastic styrene-based elastomer reinforcement, extending oil, antioxidant, lubricant and inorganic filler. The present invention has a high elongation (>400%) and a low permanent deformation (<20%) at a given elongation, and is easily processed, efficiently produced, reprocessable, environmentally friendly and safe.
