Disclosed are an electrode lead connecting structure, a battery module comprising the electrode lead connecting structure, and a battery pack comprising the battery module, which are suitable for simplifying the assembling process of a bus bar by forming sensing and electrode bars integrally, and minimizing the mistake of a worker during the assembling process by approximately leveling arrangement of the bus bars per level in a printed circuit board. The electrode lead connecting structure according to the present invention comprises: a printed circuit board; first and second electrode-integrated sensing bus bars located respectively at the lowermost level of one side edge of the printed circuit board and at the uppermost level of the other side edge; a first sensing bus bar group located above a first L-shaped end strip bus bar at the one side edge; and a second sensing bus bar group located under a second L-shaped end strip bus bar at the other side edge.
