As part of the centrifugal force acting on the crank members 22 along with the rotation of the driven member 15, certain force components, which act in a direction orthogonal to a direction leading from the center of a first linking shaft A1 to a center of gravity G, constantly act on the crank members 22 as return force for returning the inertial mass body 24 to the center of the range of swinging, and these force components reach a maximum when the inertial mass body 24 is positioned in the center of the range of swinging.
