PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a railroad train optimal stop determination method for determining an optimal stop position considering a risk according to the point after stopping when emergency stop of a railroad train is required because of an obstacle existing in a front position or because of problems in a railroad train such as derailment.SOLUTION: Provided is the optimal stop determination method of the railroad train. The optimal stop determination method calculates a total risk determined by adding a risk according to the point after stopping of the railroad train and a larger risk which is level between reception of impact or derailment of the railroad train, and then determines the point where the total risk is the minimum level in a range to the next station as the optimal stop position. |
