PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition containing an antistatic agent, which has an excellent antistatic property without impairing with adhesive performance, excellent adhesivity to a glass plate, and excellent reworkability towards an adherend, and to provide an adhesive film using the same.SOLUTION: The adhesive composition containing an antistatic agent comprises a (meth)acrylic polymer as a main component and an ionic compound represented by a formula 1 as the antistatic agent, the ionic compound including an organic cation containing a hydrolyzable silicon-containing group. In the formula 1, Zrepresents a cation and Xrepresents an anion. |
