PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet capable of expressing a fine gloss-matte design and having a high scratch resistance.SOLUTION: A decorative sheet 10 comprises: in proper order atop a substrate 1, a matte layer 4; and a partially formed gloss improvement resin layer 5. The gloss improvement resin layer 5 is formed from a gloss improvement resin layer formation composition including, as resin components, 20-90 mass% of a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate polymer having a number-average molecular weight of 5,000-15,000 and an average functional group number of 6-15 and 10-80 mass% of a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate oligomer having a number-average molecular weight of 1,000-2,000 and an average functional group number of 2-8. |
