The invention provides a cable holding structure for a vehicle seat. The cable holding structure can hold the cable reliably, prevent the cable from departing from a holding unit, reduce assembling hours and reduce number of components. In the cable holding structure for the vehicle seat, cables are arranged on a backrest (3) and a seat cushion (2); the cables pass through the internal part of a housing (11) covering a movable mechanism unit (20) of the seat; and an engaging portion (51) for being engaged with a to-be-engaged portion (50) arranged at a frame side of the seat is disposed in a holding wall (52) of the holding unit (27). |
