PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a heat insulation panel capable of positioning and holding a vacuum heat insulation material in a state where foamed resin is arranged around the vacuum heat insulation material so that its surface does not come into contact with a base material in a manufacturing process of a heat insulation panel.SOLUTION: In a recess of a base material, a holding part is provided which holds a vacuum heat insulation material in a position with a distance from both side parts of the base material, an inner bottom surface of the recess and an upper surface opening surface of the recess respectively. The manufacturing method of a heat insulation panel executes: a first injection step of injecting foamed resin into the recess of the base material; a vacuum heat insulation material arrangement step of arranging the vacuum heat insulation material above the injected foamed resin; a second injection step of injecting foamed resin into the recess of the base material from above the arranged vacuum heat insulation material; and a foaming step of foaming and molding the foamed resin injected into the recess while holding the vacuum heat insulation material at the holding part. |
