Handover decision apparatus and method between broadcast and unicast services and the terminal device thereof

A handover decision apparatus between broadcast and unicast services is applicable to a terminal system. By using a first inputted data at least including a route of a mobile terminal device and the signal related information, a planned unicast path (PUP) module plans a series of PUPs requiring using the unicast service in the route of the mobile terminal device. While a handover evaluation and judge module uses a second inputted data at least including the series of PUPs to perform a handover evaluation and judge the timing of handover execution, and reach a handover decision between broadcast and unicast services for the mobile terminal device.
