PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor or the like capable of performing processing for extracting a specific area from an image with high accuracy by a simple operation.SOLUTION: When an operator draws a line (sampling line) on a two-dimensional image by operating a mouse or the like, an image processor 100 samples pixel values of a plurality of pixels at a position of the sampling line, calculates an area extraction condition on the basis of sampling data, and extracts a specific area from an image on the basis of the extracted area extraction condition. In a case of continuously processing a tomographic image group composed of a plurality of slices, a representative curve obtained by connecting representative points within an area extracted in a certain tomographic image is set as a sampling line in an area corresponding to a tomographic image of the next slice, and area extraction based on the sampling line is performed. |
