PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transport stowage plan creation method and device capable of creating an efficient distribution work plan when plate-shaped products stored in a warehouse are loaded on a ship.SOLUTION: The transport stowage plan creation method comprises: a delivery data input step for inputting a delivery plan, product information, and warehouse information of products to be delivered; a delivery data consolidating step for consolidating a group of products having the same attribute of the input information for making a stowage lot; a hold stowage plan step for creating a plan for stowing the stowage lots to a hold in descending order by a delivery date in a stowage possible dimension range of the hold based on a stowage basic rule, stowage height and central gravity limitation of the ship after stowage and whole product groups; a transport pallet mount plan step for creating a transport pallet mount plan under a condition satisfying pallet yard limitation on a quay wall and work limitation when the products are mounted on the pallet; and a distribution cost evaluation step for calculating and evaluating distribution cost. |
