PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely reduce falling-off from a sheet-like object even when the sheet-like object is pulled.SOLUTION: A fastener includes: a first fastening member 20 formed with an opening 32 on a plane surface PS; a second fastening member 21 combined with the first fastening member to form a box-shaped space BS; and an engaging part, and projections to be engaged, for engaging both fastening members with each other. The opening is formed in a shape that a length of the opening in the vertical direction in parallel to the plane surface of the first fastening member is larger than that of the opening in the lateral direction in parallel to the plane surface. A holding disc 50 in a shape of being smaller than a length in the vertical direction, and larger than a length in the lateral direction can be inserted into the first fastening member from the opening in a state of being covered with an upper wear TS. When both fastening member are engaged with each other, the holding disc in a state of being covered with the upper wear is held in the box-shaped space BS. |
