PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat device which does not require detachment or re-attachment of components in adjusting an initial position of a backrest and allows very easy adjusting work.SOLUTION: A engagement part 405 protruding under the rotation shaft 25 of a backrest is arranged in the back frame of the backrest, and an engagement bolt 27 which is advanceable and retreatable in such a way as to be engaged in the engagement part 405 and allow pushing and pulling is arranged in a frame. The inclination angle of the initial position in the highest rising state of the backrest can be adjusted in a stepless way by an operation of rotating the engagement bolt 27. |
