PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent spraying agent for paper making capable of sufficiently preventing a felt from being stained in a paper making process, and improving water permeability of the felt from an initial use period until a final use period.SOLUTION: The spraying agent for paper making comprises 1-30 mass% of one or two polymers (A) selected from the following (a1) and (a2), 2-50 mass% of a compound (B), and 1-30 mass% of a compound (C) where the total of the polymer (A), the compound (B), and the compound (C) is 4-60 mass%. (a1) is a polymer obtained by reacting an amine with epihalohydrin and having a weight average molecular weight of 5,000-500,000. (a2) is a polymer containing 30-100 mol% of a diallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride unit, and having a weight average molecular weight of 10,000-1,000,000. (B) is one or two or more hydroxycarboxylic acids selected from malic acid, citric acid, lactic acid, glycolic acid, and tartaric acid. (C) is a compound represented by the following formula. |
