PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a durable gas container that can receive gas in a range from a low-pressure gas to a high-pressure gas.SOLUTION: A wavy tube type gas container concerning the present invention has: a metallic wavy tube type body container 10 having a cylindrical convexo-concave circumferential wall 17 with convex rings 11 and concave rings 12 continued alternately and repeatedly in an axial direction; a metallic reinforcing rib 20 having a convexo-concave lateral edge 21 with convex parts 22 coming into abutment with the convex rings 11 and concave parts 23 coming into abutment with the concave rings 12 formed continuously, alternately and repeatedly in the inside of the wavy tube type body container 10; a bottom plate 32 hermetically sealing a lower end opening part 15 of the wavy tube type body container 10; and a top plate 34 hermetically sealing an upper end opening part 16 of the wavy tube type body container 10. A plurality of reinforcing ribs 20 in which the convexo-concave lateral edge 21 is connected and fixed in the cylindrical convexo-concave circumferential wall inner surface 17a so that the convex parts 22 are brought into abutment with the convex rings 11 and the concave parts 23 are brought into abutment with the concave rings 12 are axially disposed in an inner surface of the wavy tube type body container 10, and can prevent the deformation of the wavy tube type body container 10. |
