PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary compressor which prevents that a closed chamber is brought into a vacuum state, and the drive power of the rotary compressor is increased, does not cause an increase of the wear of a vane groove, avoids a behavior of a vane from being instable, and does not need a special processing tool for processing a cylinder.SOLUTION: In a rotary compressor, a discharge hole communicating with a compression chamber is formed at an anti-suction hole side in the vicinity of a vane groove 128S of an end plate, and a recess 140S which makes a closed chamber 132S which is formed while a contact point of an annular piston and a cylinder inner wall in an operation chamber moves to a vane-side end 135St of a suction hole 135S from the vane groove 128S, and the operation chamber at an anti-vane side of the contact point communicate with each other is formed at the suction hole 135S side in the vicinity of the vane groove 128S of the end plate and/or an intermediate partitioning plate. |
