PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partition that allows a user to freely set a region for emitting light and prevents a sense of spaciousness in a partitioned space from being impaired in a state that light is not turned on.SOLUTION: A partition 1 includes a panel body 4 provided with a plurality of transparent EL elements 2 on a translucent plate 3, and a control section 5 for individually controlling lighting of the EL elements 2. In this constitution, the control section 5 can individually control the lighting of the plurality of EL elements 2 provided on the translucent plate 3 to allow a user to freely set the region for emitting light, and the transparent EL elements 2 are used to prevent the sense of spaciousness in the partitioned space from being impaired in the state in which light is not turned on. |
