PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an autonomous operation detection device capable of determining autonomous operation by using frequency threshold value according to the increase/decrease of deflection responding to the level of input reactive power.SOLUTION: The autonomous operation detection device for detecting autonomous operation of distributed power supplies which are system-connected to a power system determines whether the distributed power supply is in autonomous operation or not based on the system frequency measured after the calculated reactive power is input and the frequency threshold value by performing the steps of: inputting a reactive power to the power system; repeatedly measuring the system frequency of the power system; calculating the reactive power to be input according to a frequency deflection between the measured system frequency and a system frequency measured prior to the measurement, and calculating a frequency threshold value by using the calculated reactive power and the measured system frequency. |
