PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compactify in the vehicle width direction a drive apparatus of a vehicle with a drive bevel gear and a damper member of a transfer device coaxially provided.SOLUTION: A drive apparatus 1 comprises a first drive shaft 201 extending in the vehicle width direction, a second drive shaft 202 extending in the vehicle longitudinal direction, a drive bevel gear 210 provided on the first drive shaft 201, a driven bevel gear 220 provided on the second drive shaft 202 and meshed with the drive bevel gear 210, and a damper member 216 provided between the first drive shaft 201 and the drive bevel gear 210. The drive bevel gear 210 is supported by a counter-differential side bearing 211 arranged on one side of the drive bevel gear 210, and by a differential side bearing 212 that is smaller in diameter than the bearing 211 and is arranged on the other side of the drive bevel gear 210.
