PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image processor capable of improving the analysis accuracy of a perfusion analysis.SOLUTION: The medical image processor of an embodiment includes an extraction part, an analysis part, and a display control part. The extraction part respectively extracts a correspondence area corresponding to an area of interest included in three-dimensional medical image data of a predetermined phase from three-dimensional medical image data of a plurality of phases different from the predetermined phase among a plurality of pieces of three-dimensional medical image data collected with elapse of time while imaging. The analysis part locally executes a perfusion analysis of the area of interest and the correspondence area extracted by the extraction part. The display control part displays a local perfusion image of the area analyzed by the analysis part in the display part. |
